If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Website and refrain from purchasing Products. Be Weird reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or update these T&C at any time without prior notice. The revised terms will take effect once posted on the Website, and the version applicable to your order will be the one displayed at the time your order is placed. Your continued use of the Website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated T&C.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the laws of India. Individuals under the age of 18 (minors) may access or use the Website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. 6. PRICING, TAXES & PAYMENT

6.1 All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Where indicated, prices include applicable GST. Additional charges for shipping, handling, or packaging may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

6.2 Be Weird reserves the right to modify Product prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price charged for an accepted order will be the price displayed at the time of checkout.

6.3 Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, mobile wallets, PayPal (if available), Cash on Delivery (COD, if applicable), and any other options listed on the Website. You represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that payment information is accurate.

6.4 Be Weird shall not be responsible for any errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party payment gateways. Payment confirmation is subject to successful verification of funds and completion of necessary authentication procedures.

7. ORDERING, OFFER & ACCEPTANCE

7.1 Product listings on the Website are invitations to offer. When a User places an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase Products in accordance with these T&C.

7.2 Acceptance of an order occurs only after Be Weird verifies Product availability, successful payment, and other necessary checks, and communicates order confirmation via email or SMS.

7.3 Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the User upon delivery at the address specified in the invoice, in accordance with applicable laws. Users are advised to inspect Products upon receipt to ensure correctness and quality.

8. DELIVERY, SHIPPING & CANCELLATION

8.1 Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout for informational purposes only. Delays may occur due to logistics, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond Be Weird’s control.

8.2 Multi-item orders may be dispatched separately, depending on stock availability or shipping requirements. Users may receive multiple packages for a single order.

8.3 Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch in accordance with cancellation rules displayed during checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. Be Weird is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.

9. NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES

9.1 All sales are final. Be Weird does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any Product purchased on the Website under any circumstances.

9.2 Exceptions: If a Product is materially defective, damaged during shipping, or differs significantly from the description provided, Users must notify help@beweird.in within 48 hours of delivery. Complaints must include clear photographs or videos and relevant order details.

9.3 Be Weird will assess claims on a case-by-case basis. Only Products confirmed to be defective or shipped incorrectly may, at the Company’s sole discretion, be replaced. Users accept that the final decision rests with Be Weird, and all other refund or exchange requests are declined.

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Be Weird, its officers, employees, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from breach of these T&C, misuse of the Website, or violation of applicable law.

18. FORCE MAJEURE

Be Weird shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, government restrictions, or internet failures. Performance is suspended for the duration of the event.

19. TERMINATION & SUSPENSION

Be Weird may suspend or terminate access to the Website, cancel orders, or block Accounts at its sole discretion in cases of T&C violations or operational requirements. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

20. GOVERNING LAW, DISPUTE RESOLUTION & JURISDICTION

These T&C are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from these T&C shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, or may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, at Be Weird’s discretion.
